North Jersey Media Group provides a broad spectrum of news and information products to serve the needs of diverse communities all across North Jersey.
North Jersey Media Group’s credit terms are net 30-days for customers who have been granted a credit limit. Customers that have not filled out and/or have not been approved a credit line will be considered a pay-in-advance (cash with copy) account. Non-Commercial private party accounts, seasonal contractors,
adult service and political ads are to be paid in advance. Both Advertiser and
Advertising Agency will be jointly and severally responsible for payment of all
bills and charges incurred. North Jersey Media Group hereby expressly
rejects "sequential liability", i.e., the practice of Advertising Agency's
submitting payment for bills and charges incurred only after it has received
payment from the Advertiser. If Advertiser/Advertising Agency submits an
insertion order or any other document containing a "sequential liability"
provision, or any other provision and/or payment term contrary to that set
forth in this Agreement, such payment terms and/or provisions are expressly
rejected by North Jersey Media Group, and the payment terms set forth
herein exclusively govern.
